Spraying Forecast
The spraying window forecast helps identify the suitable periods for applying protective measures to crops. Suitable periods are shown in green, less suitable periods in yellow, and unsuitable periods in red. The condition statuses are derived from data on wind, precipitation, temperature, and humidity. Check the spraying window before entering the area for application. Below in Figure 3.6A, we illustrate how the spraying window forecast is presented.

Figure 3.6A – Spraying Window Forecast.
Values presented in green indicate perfect conditions for agricultural activities. Values in yellow require attention, as some factors are approaching less favorable conditions for application. Values in red indicate that agricultural applications should not be performed due to one or more unfavorable factors.
When hovering over the forecasts, an auxiliary window will open showing the conditions of all parameters considered for the spraying window, as illustrated in Figure 3.6B below

Figure 3.6B – Parameters for Spraying Window Forecast.
The parameters considered for the spraying window are illustrated in Table 1 below:
Variável | Unidade | Baixo risco | Risco médio | Alto risco |
---|---|---|---|---|
Velocidade do vento | (Km/h) | < 7.2km/h | > 7.2km/h | > 18km/h |
Temperatura mínima | (°C) | > 5°C | < 5°C | < 0°C |
Temperatura máxima | (°C) | < 30ºC | > 25°C | > 30°C |
Umidade relativa (min) | (%) | > 50% | < 50% | <30% |
Umidade relativa (máx.) | (%) | <90% | 90% – 98% | > 98% |
Quantidade de precipitação (água) | (mm/h) | < 0,1mm/h | 0,1mm/h – 0,3mm/h | > 0,3mm/h |

Trafficability Forecast
The soil trafficability meteogram is essential if you need accurate data on trafficability across different soil types.
The soil trafficability meteogram shows the soil’s ability to support moving vehicles based on soil type and the development of water content in the soil surface (0 – 10 cm). Figure 3.6C illustrates the trafficability forecast below.

Figure 3.6C – Soil Trafficability Forecast.
Soil trafficability is represented by a dashed black line moving through three traffic conditions: Adequate Trafficability is represented by green; Restricted Trafficability is shown in yellow; and No Trafficability is represented by red. The dashed black line represents the time of day for evaluating the meteogram. The solid black line from the start to the end of the meteogram represents the indication for that particular day and time. When the lines intersect, it provides the trafficability recommendation for the soil.
