On your first registration on the GoClimate.Pro platform, you will need to access the Login Screen (Figure 1.2.A below), enter your email, and the password registered on the platform to access your monitoring network

After entering your username and password, click on ‘Access’ to enter your monitoring network. If your email or password is incorrect, the screen will display a message ‘Email or password is incorrect,’ as shown in Figure 1.2.B, below

If you do not remember the password that was registered on the GoClimate.Pro platform, click on the ‘Forgot my password’ field, which will display the password recovery screen (Figure 1.2.C below). After the password recovery screen opens, enter your email in the ‘User Email’ field and click send, and a new access password will be sent to the email linked to your account.

After receiving the password in your email, enter it on your login screen and access the platform again.
