To register the monitoring point, select the property where you want to register your new monitoring point. After selecting the monitoring location, choose whether the monitoring point will be one of the options below:
–Main station: If there is only one weather station on the property, it will be considered the main station. If there are multiple stations on the property, the station closest to the farm’s headquarters and equipped with a large number of sensors should be regarded as the main station.
-Weather forecast: Service conducted with the aid of Meteoblue’s mathematical models;
–Primary Stations: All complete stations (Stations with rain gauges, temperature sensors, humidity sensors, wind speed and direction sensors) installed on the properties are considered primary stations.
–Secondary Stations: All stations with a smaller number of sensors are considered secondary stations. Generally, these are rain points or rain gauges equipped with temperature and humidity sensors. After selecting the type of point, enter an easily identifiable name for the specific point.
Once the name of the monitoring point is filled in, enter the latitude and longitude coordinates, or click on “Locate on the map” to find the exact coordinates of the point. Verify all the information, and if everything is correct, click the “Register” button
